1. Made to Order

All items are made to order.

This means your product is created specifically for you once your order is placed. We do not hold stock.

Because of this, standard returns for change of mind do not apply.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference or personal taste

Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

You are entitled to a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider

5. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after being placed.

If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once production has started.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Significantly delayed

Please contact us and we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.

7. Your Consumer Rights (UK)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are:
